Attribute to set Chart axis labels in Month name sort order?

Hi!
I have a few reports that have the group option set to specified order by Month Name and within the chart, the sort order is also set to Month Name. My problem is that when we run the report from within the application (C++), the Chart x axis displays the Month Names in alphabetical order instead of specified order.

Is there a attribute that the developer can use to specify that the chart displays in the specified order?
