I have a report with A1 A2 versus M1 M2.
Here, A1, A2 are attributes and M1,M2 metrics.
A1 is a numeric attribute.
I need a report with a third column C which should be A1 - M1.
If I creae a fact f out of this A1 and try using it in C as
f-M1, I get an error.
How to go about this?

if you're using 7.1.x create a metric defined as Max(a1)-m1

you can do the same in version 7i using the "derived metric". In desktop while viewing report, insert new metric, define as max(a1)-m1. Same thing as above, just easier.
