Running CM 4.1
I have a small office that I have AC installed on one machine for one receptionist.What they want is for her to be able to login and have the capability for 4 calls to "stack up" when callers call the main line there and she can put the calls on hold if neccesary and handle all 4 calls-then when she logs out route it to another office's main reception that is staffed 24/7.
currently I have it set up so the Pilot point rings key 3 of her phone and AC program and if another call comes in it routes to the next hunt member in the hunt group which is r the 24/7 reception at another office.

Set her busy trigger to 4 on the Phone number page of key 3. This will allow 4 incoming calls to stack on that button.
