Is there a way to find out how many calls the attendant consoles for a pilot point are recieving for 1 day.I can't figure how to do a traffic type report and the CDR utility turns up errors on the pilot point number.Thanks in advance.JimC-

I think you can do this using RTMT. I have a customer that uses this to monitor their ansering positions in a Hunt group but they don't use AC. Should be the same thing.
