attendent console replacement

hi all;
i have cs1000 system and using m2250 attendent console
these consoles have a lot of problems.

if i want to replace them , what is the recommended solution
is there a new attendent console rather m2250?
is there recommemde pc software console that can replace
the old console with full attendent functionalities?

There is no physical replacement for the M2250 console,
The only alternative to the M2250 is to hav a Centralised Answering Position (CAP), which is basically just a Digital Phone configured as an Agent in its own 'Operator' ACD Queue.
On the PC software side there are a number of Vendors, Smile from Quentris, is the one I most commonly install. Early releases still use the M2250 hardware with the PC connected to it, Later versions use a couple of IP Phone Licences/TNs.

You could always go the PCCIU route, but those are just about as old as the 2250's. Like Moss said there are multiple vendors out there that make consoles, from the 2250's to using digital, some are IP, and I know of a couple that are SIP.

I did away with all of mine a long time ago and went the CAP (Central Answering Position) they work great
