Attendant Recall

I have a scenario where someone is on a call using an analog set. They attempt to disconnect that call, but do a hook flash and put the first call on hold. The call placed on hold eventually rings back at the console (2250). Is there a way I can change it so that the held call rings back to the originating set? and not the console?
