Attendant PC

iam start to use the PC attendant, the incoming calls keys are not appear as in afeature keys.the attendant pc can answer the first set when diale 0, a the second set dial 0 but i cant answer it and nothing show me on att. PC ( Smile Express 2.4.1 ) to tell that there is another call coming to att. pc.

wish i could help, but almost no-one bought those. we did put some in for one customer but they didn't keep them.. seems like booting the pc's three times per shift was not part of the business plan.. IF you can post the att and or console code one of us will try to help

hmmm...we have a pc console but not sure if it is the same as a PC attendant. OUrs works really good and most of the receptionists like it...there is always one, I refuse to use anything new, lol. WHen calls come in it rings directly at the PC con which works just like the older consoles but is in virtual form.
