Could someone help me with a couple of minor issues? I have 3 separate issues with 3 separate PC's.
The first one is:
When the operator connects an external call to an internal number, she cannot "present" the call.
In other words, she connects the call and would like to tell the called party that she is going to connect the call, but they can not hear each other.
She can connect the call but cannot announce her intention.
The second:
When the operator wants to dial a ACOD using the keypad, the box pops up but does not display the first digit.
She has to backspace and retype the number. It works using the numbers above the keypad, but not with the number pad.
Any help would be appreciated.
