Good Morning all,

I am working with a CS 1000M 5.5 and a newly installed Attendant PC running software version 1.2.411. from Nortel

The issue I am having is sending DTMF tones to pagers from the Attendant PC console.

I am trying to setup a way for the Attendant PC user to call doctors pagers and enter callback numbers, ideally I would like this info to be in the connection directory as there are many pagers for the doctors.

When I try to enter the digits with the Attendant PC software they are all sent TOO Fast in one BLURB!

If I callout to a local area number DTMF tones are understood by local DMS without issue.

What I would like to do is dial a 4 digit DN (paging system)

Enter 3 digit pager number

Enter the 7 digit callback number

The only way I have got this to work so far is

By dialing my DN + Hitting EES soft-button + entering X,X,X + callback number x,x,x,x,x,x,x

Commas are set to a 50ms delay

The M key is the shortcut key for the EES(End to End Signaling), is there a way to enter this in the connection directory so I can pre-progam the pager Dn+Pager Number?

I would really appreciate some help on this issue..
