If you ring the ATNDIND (Attendant Individual Number) it rings anyway
If you ring the ATND (Attendant general number) then it rings the 'operator group'
Are you trying to barge into a call in progress?? Can you explain what you mean by override?
I know if there is an ATND queue that you can set up a number that has "emergency" priority that will go to the head of the queue, but I don't think it will interrupt a call in progress. If you give it a creative name like *** EMERGENCY *** that might show up on the console screen so the operator puts the current call on hold and grambs the emergency one... By default, all of the calls coming in to the ATND have the same priority, but that can be adjusted.
I'm grasping at straws trying to understand what you need. )

Thanks a lot for your effort,
my goal is i need to make high priority for some extension(Internal Subscribers) to don't wait in the queue of ACWINMQ,
because the ACWIN don't display the number of the second call until put your current call in PARK,
