I have to SI's networked with DCS+.I would like to have the attendants at both sites able to answer calls for each other in busy times or when position is unavailable. CAS has been switched on. If I put the attendant at the branch end into night service it takes calls but normal operation all calls go to the main. How can I get my attendants to operate as required?

Never had this sort of setup, but if the switch has attendant vectoring, you could try entering an attendnat vector Vdn in the console parameters form then route calls using an attendant vector with the Queue to attd-group command.

Did you ever get a resolution to this problem. I have a similar situation and am curious what you found out.
