Hi, Need some help setting up our system...
I'm not sure on the right terminology but bascially we have a ddi which is a system speed call to the voicemail hunt group, at our main site this plays the caller a pre-recorded message asking them to enter the extension they would like ot be transferred to - this works fine at the main site, at the second site I'm setting up it only works if then ext has a mailbox, if it does not the message says that extension is not valid...

What am I doing wrong?

You need to enable to transfer to any extension option on the second system.

What is the system type?
