hi, is it possible to have attendant broadcast groups on consoles that are registered to multiple controllers?

example, I have 6 console. 3 are configured and registered to controller A and the other 3 are configured and registered to controller B.

All 6 needs to have a softkey dn of 6000.

I programmed this but clearly it doesn't work cause if you dial 6000 on controller A, it will try and reach only the 6000 softkeys on the consoles configured on controller A and not the ones on controller B. This is the same vice versa.

anyone know if this is possible or would I have to program all 6 on the same controller them on the same controller?

My experience says they need to be on the same controller. They can be made resilient to another common controller.

thought as much. online help says nothing and also searched mitel's kwb. no pun intended ;)
thanks

what do you mean another common controller? does it matter if you want to use different secondary controllers? (not that you would but there's a reason for your comment right?)

you can do this scenario;

at controller A;

1-make at hotel suite assignment;
all the 3 operator and define more 3 as 2401, 2402,& 2403
make all under 6000 number in the hotel suite assingment or you ca use the new feature for simunateanous extension ring at hunt group.
2- at speed call ssignment make the three number as speed call for the other controller
for ex. if you use 33 for accessing the B controller and the operator number is 2401 or othe make the speed call as
2401 and the acutal number as 332401(33operator number)

this will make A ring on B operator.

and you can do the same for B controller.
but in the speed dial assingmnet you will use the access code for A controller.

Hope it'll be clear.

Ala'a
