attendant DN

When I dial 0 from an extension, I want it to go to a specific DN. Right now when I press 0 the display says "not in service" yet I can dial the DN directly with success. I have the DN I want in the operator settings of Call Pilot and in the attendant's DN in the greeting table with no joy. Where else should I be looking?

It sounds like you want the Direct Dial DN for internal calls to go to a working DN. That's in Telephony programming, not Call Pilot. What you've entered so far is for a Target Attndnt. that is only used to zero out of a mail box.
