My receptionist is receiving calls recently with a (T) after each incoming call. Any idea what that refers to?

does the call come from a trunk or is it a transfer.. that T is in your cdb.. to id the call source

Coming from the trunks. What is the CDB? And how can I find out what the T is IDing the source as?

(customer data base).. builds options for a cuntomer.. might want to glance at the bood for some of those prompts. makes your switch very flexable

Thank you. Ok. I did the PRT from LD 21. But there is a lot of info there. What specifically should I be looking for the see about the (T)?
