I have a customer who has an attendant console on extension 100. (MLX-20L setup as an attendant). She says she has coverage to 2 other extensions, but the only group calling/group coverage I see setup are for their Intuity AUDIX voicemail system. She says that outside calls as well as inside calls to her phone cover to these people but she would like to add 2 more people to the hunt group. Just wondering how this might be setup to cover. Any ideas?

Why don't you print the extensions report - and see how it is set up at the moment. It makes it much easier to start from a base of knowledge.
