Can someone give me a good overview of Attendant Consoles? How do you make a console go to coverage? I don't see any cov path field on there. Also, how do I see what the night service button does and where that's configured? Any other info would be very helpful.
 
No coverage on the COnsole. Your night service routes to where you decides it needs to go. What version of Definity or CM are you running?
 
CM 5.2 Where do you see what happens when night service is activated.
 
There is both a day and night destination within the
" change-Incoming trunk " fields.
If you place a destination in here , the night service key will activate it.
 
also a night destination on the "Change listed-directory number" screen
