Hello All, l am new to meridian at the moment but learning slowly,

my question is this, please bare with me

my main incoming DID is DN 100 which is converted by the IDC table to Voice mail for a welcome announement which then gets passed back to DN 100 and the Attendant Console rings but in ld 21, l have looked at LDN_DATA, ATT_DATA but how does the call to DN 100 end up at the console ????? The attendant console does not have key 0 set as DN 100 but to BVR

YOU WOULD HAVE TO GET INTO MAIL AND SEE WHERE THE MAIL IS SENDING IT WHEN YOU 0 OUT IT MAY BE THE EXT OF THE CONSOLE

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

Mail is set to revert DN 100 (Switch Board console) and the menu keys are all set to CL 100, so l know the switch boards main number is 100 but the main incoming number (100) is not mentioned in any of the following gate openers

In your print out IC1 = LD0 which may = 100. To do this I would assume your IDC points 100 to a diffrent DN which is probably an ACD NCFW to mail. Also, I thought the default 0 option in MMail was to DN 0, not an LDN number

Thanks for your help, l have found the problem but as the M2250 console is new, does anyone have a idiots guide to understanding the console because looking at the NTP's
LDN_DATA and ATT_DATA for the ICI keys seem to be duplicated.
l would like to know how l could create 2 different consoles with different ICI assigned ie
Console number 1 as shown above and
Console number 2 have different ICI keys

The ICI keys are common to all consols in the same customer. If you wanted different LDNs appearing on different consols you would need Tenanting. The easiest way to acheive what your describing is to ditch the 2250's & use M3904s
