If an agent is logged in and walks away and a call is presented to her phone line 2 in this case,will the call hunt to the next available or longest idle logged in member after a certain amount of rings or just continue to ring?
I have the hunt group set to longest idle and the line 2 on the set has blank hunt/fna fields.
