Attendant Console Trouble

One of the three consoles cannot log in. I get "you are already logged in. Would you like to logout from the previos session?" and "another user is using the same phone". Any input will be greatly be appreciated. Thanks

What version CCM? Sounds like you are trying to use shared lines which is not supported in later CCM versions.
 
These consoles have been using shared lines for almost 2 years. Thanks

I don't think shared lines on AC has been supported since CCM 3.2. Might want to check Cisco.com. I've been wrong before. Did you just apply an SR or something?
 
Got it - all I need was to restart the CTI Manager and Telephony Call Dispatcher services. Thanks to everyone
