I have UCM 7.1.3 and AC 7.1. This is not the new server based AC, I upgraded from CCM 4.1.3. When I try to transfer an incoming call direct to a Users VoiceMail box, I get Error Failed to transfer to Voice Mail.
I have searched CCO and saw where this was a bug in earlier versions but was supposedly fixed in AC Version 6.1 and above. There was a work around posted for a Translation Pattern but it wasn't clear. Anyone having this issue? What is the fix?
