Attendant Console Traffic

Does anyone know how to turn traffic back on for a Meridian Option 61c? We are using OTM Traffic to capature this information but everytime I run a report I only get 0 in all the columns...This was working before. I believe its in Overlay 2 but dont know for sure.

Any help would be great!

you need to set the recolection date and time for your system.
Use LD 2 or OTM for this.
