Attendant Console Receiving alarms 1

Our attendant console on our Siemens HiCom has started sending alarm every morning. The alarm that keeps posting is:
F2102 M4 N3277 NO ACT UNIX4 1X

I have checked everything in the unit and cannot understand why this is happening every night after midnight.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do sta-hista (stahista for EMML) and choose 'searchb' for your search type. Put in a date and time for beginning and end of alarm window and look through the messages. One of my favorites because I'm not on a contract is "Monitor cannot call. Call for service" which means there is no valid phone number for the monitor 3 to dial or the phone line to it is disconnected.

If you are running dual processors - with one in standby and the other active they switch off each night. It could have something to do with the second processor. Keep an eye on which one has A and which one has S. If they're always the same there may be an issue there.
