Attendant console queue

Hello,

I have a Definity G3R8. I am a novice user and need some guidance on how to set up the the attendant console to accept more than one call at a time. Currently, the receptionist can answer one call at a time. If another call comes in when she is on the phone then the call is forced to audix. How can I allow for multiple incoming calls to be queued on the attendant console (302b/c).

You might try Avaya's website and locate three books that are fairly simple to understand.

1. Little Definity Instructional Book for Basic Administration.
2. Little Definity Instructional Book for Basic Diagnostics
3. Little Definity Instructional Book for Advanced Administration.

You'll need to look at the console parameters for queing, to start with.

Hope this helps, everyone is setup diffrently.
