Attendant console - Question

Hi,
I have CCM 4.1.3sr2.
If i enable queue in attendant console and brodcast hunting, i'd like to know if can change MOH file for a file with " Please wait your call is on hold"?

Another thing is shouldn't calls in broadcast queue automaticaly goes to a free line?
