Attendant Console Problems

I am getting a weird error on my console, when the receptionist logs in like normal, she is getting an error that says active - but the calls cannot be picked up????

what should I do? what loads to go in? what are the steps? your help is appreciated. thanks

Are you sure it's not a power issue. The console will work by just wiring the 2 speech pairs, but sometimes you can run into fading displays etc. You can provide an external 50V power over a seperate lead.
