Hi Does anybody know how to find the dn number of an attendant console. We have 5 Consoles and 1 will not ring if I dial 0 or the exchange line the other 4 ring ok.

The consoles themselves don't have an assigned DN exactly but they belong to a Departmental Listed Directory Number.
You could start by printing the LDN block in LD 21 which may show which consoles are assigned to specific LDN's.

Consoles have Attendant numbers (ANUM) but these can only be used to call between other consoles, not from phones.
The ANUM's can be assigned in the customer data LDN block to up to 4 different LDN's.

Anyway, print the LDN data to see what you have and go form there.

It's also possible there is Multi-tenant option on your switch but you don't want to get into that unless you have to.

Also, if you ask the Attendant to dial your extension, you will see the ANUM of their M2250 TN in your display - that is one way to determine what console is what TN.

I should have said the consoles might be associated with an LDN. They don't have to. The LDN feature might not even be turned on.
