Attendant Console call distribution

Our operators are complaining about incoming calls not being distributed evenly amongst the 3 stations in place.

We are currently on software version G3V11. The calls are being routed in via vector pointing to attd-group. The console-parameters show the three members as day-only, principal, and day-only.

The comments I got from one of the operators was that she could be on a call and immediately receive another once she has ended the first while the other operators were still idle.

Any clue as to what is happening? Also, any way to monitor the calls path and actions?
 
There has been a couple of threads asking about this lately. I have the same problem. Doesn't anyone know how distribution of calls to attendants works?
