I have the attendant console running on CCM 4.2.1sr1. The attendant consoles are working well with a broadcast queue and multiple agents picking off calls. I recently subscribed and implemented call display through our PRI. All desk phones are receiving the name & number of inbound call display calls.
The attendant console is only showing the incoming number of calls, both internally and externally. If I call in with my DN of 7550 it just says 7550. If I call in from an external #, it just shows the number 1234567890. Is there any way to get the attendant console to display the name and number of incoming calls?
