This is a first for me. Two extensions cannot be removed from "HOLD" by the attendant. The only way to remove them from hold is to wait for the hold-timer to expire.
The 2 extensions are not new, have never had an issue before and are set up exactly like every other phone in their areas.
Same COS, COR, everything.
I am at a total loss for ideas. Swapped out phones as a last resort. Busy released all of them. Swapped out console.
The trace shows the Attendant attempting to remove them to no avail:
13:43:29 active station 2576 cid 0x126a
13:43:29 dial 0
13:43:29 ring attendant-group 1 cid 0x126a
13:43:46 hold attendant cid 0x126a
13:44:51 unhold attendant cid 0x126a
13:44:51 unhold attendant cid 0x126a
This goes on until timer runs out and she can retrieve the call from hold.
Any ideas?
