Attendant calls are going to the front door?

When my attendant on a G3 V11 calls a station and it goes to Voicemail she gets Welcome the the octel Voicemail network. If she uses a station on her desk (seperate number/ not a console) the call will got to voicemail and get the users greeting. I completed traces and get a denial event 1644. Orig block/invalid digits D1=0x20001 D2=0x17bc. Has anyone seen this before

The same problem happens on a 250 that is why the console is called the Bit*h some times. is this a 200 ? as the trace does not look like it came from an aria

where is the trace I completed traces and get a denial event 1644. Orig block/invalid digits D1=0x20001 D2=0x17bc. coming from the PBX ?

If so what are you seeing in the online cdr on a call from the console ? it looks like the 20001 is the console and the 0x17bc is the called party so the octel does not know how to answer the call
