Attendant blind transfer

Hi

An incoming call to attendant using M2250 cannot transfer to a phantom DN unless waiting to the called party has answered, rls 7.6
I am not sure how to solve this, maybee someone know. Phantom DN is forwaredet to an external number

I usually use ACD to do something like that.
I build an ACD que using your phantom Number or another DN to test
Give the ACDN que 1 agent and set NCFW(Night Call Forward) in the ACD for the desired # you want to dial out.
See if that will work for you.
