I'm installing CRM for our test lab prior to implementing it into our production server. I'm still having trouble understanding some of the terminology.

Can someone please explain to me what a QUEUE USER is? The documentation that comes with CRM is terrible for terminology. Is a QUEUE USER even needed?

Eventually I want to integrate Outlook 2003 on the client machines with CRM for all users.

A Queue User is an alias such as Suppot@Domain.com. Its not required.
