Attempting to get Message Manager R5.0 working

I know this software is outdated, but I'd like to see if this will work on our system. We're running a Definity G3si R11 and Intuity Audix 5.1. I've installed the software on my desktop and have entered the Audix server ID, ext. and p/w, but keep getting the error message "No server logins available..."
Any idea why I'm getting this message? I did enable faxing through my mailbox.
