CM 4.0, ATTD Vectoring turned on, no other vectoring is turned on, system does not have agents turned on either.

Want to be able to route calls to the ATTD, but then if ATTD doesn't answer then ring two standard extensions to answer the calls. Since there are no other ATTDs set up in the system - position busy on the ATTD phone does not work. HOw can we route calls if ATTD doesn't answer to these two other phones?
Tried queing to ATTD but if during daytime hours set in the vector - it will always ring the ATTD, even if ATTD is not there and call leaves vector processing.
Tried putting Atd-Queue button on the other two phones, this works if Console Parameteres set to 1 and ATTD gets a 2nd call, but the 1st call remains at the ATTD console/IP Softconsole?
Will keep reading, but thought someone may have ran across this

cpieper,

Did you ever resolve this? i am facing a similar issue. I did not know about a limitation on using the pos-busy but when it didn't work we tried the night button and it seemed to work but calls don't always go to cover.
