Attachments

Hi,

We've got a PC on our network which won't open some CSV attachments. One email has two attachments - it will open one of them ok but the other produces the following error

"Can't create file: 823.csv. Right click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions"

Can anyone help? I'm confused as to why it works for one and not another

are you opening these attachemtns from the e-mail or are you saving them and then opening them?

either way i would recommend saving at first to further troubleshoot the problem.

if you are saving them try this:

depending on the OS you can shift-rclick on the file and force windows to use the desired app.
