Hi

Not sure if this is the right forum, but I have a problem with Outlook 2000

One user occasionally gets an attachment appear in his Attachment line. It isn't a file the PC recognises as it is the Windows format file icon, but sometimes we have had people reply to the emails saying that there was a picture attached

Is there any way to pick up random, unexpected attachments? I've checked the cookies, temp and internet files etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks
JB

If they have an image in their sig it may well come up like that and look as though there was an attachment (Which in truth it was, but probably not intended as such).

Can get the same with disclaimers and the like - sometimes they get misrepresented as attachments (usually text files)
