Attachments win win2k/xp

We are using ccmail 6.03 installed on windows 2000 and XP workstations. When attachment is launched through LAUNCH ATTACHMENT option under ATTACHMENT menu, I receive an error. The error message displays correct path of application but never run it. How ever it works fine in win98/95.

Appreciate support.
