Users who send attachments to hotmail and several other ISPs have them appended with the headers so the files are useless.

Some ISPs receive the files correctly and some remove the attachments altogether.

What options do I need to change?

What do you mean headers? Are you sending HTML or MIME or UUencoded. Is this your problem?

Good Luck with this information

Looks like this is the problem. Currently set to MIME HTML. When you send an attachment to hotmail, the attachment seems to come through but also includes something else before the document. So what you see when you download the attachment back to your desk is a load of control characters, the X500 address and then the attachment.

I've never been good with uuencode and mime...
