I'm running Lotus Notes 6.5.4 and every once a while I'll receive an email that will start with:
This is a multi-part message in MIME format.
And then the attachment will look like this:

Content-Type: application/msword;
name="CH7 Defects and Conventions COPY february 22 2007.doc"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment;
filename="CH7 Defects and Conventions COPY february 22 2007.doc"

Is there any application which will convert these lines into the actual file attachment?
