Attachments show up as code

I'm running Lotus Notes 6.5.4 and every once a while I'll receive an email that will start with:

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

And then the attachment will look like this:

Is there any application which will convert these lines into the actual file attachment?

To decode into a proper file attachment.
