Attachments Not Being Forwarded??

I have a Admin Assistant who has complete Delgration rights of her boss mail file, when ever she forwards an email all they get is a picture of the icon, not the attachment itself, now from her mail file, it works ok, just her bosses..

I've had this problem before, and rebooting the machine seemed to correct the problem. The user hadn't rebooted his machine in months!
