Hoping someone can help...
We are running exchange 2007 all updates and service packs up to date. when accessing my mail through outlook (I've tried this using Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 running on both XP PRO and 7 PRO)if there is an attachment it does not show up in the message--in other words the "attachment" line is missing from the message. There is no consistency as to the type of attachement that is having this issue--sometimes PDF also XLSX, and this does not happen with all messages with attachments. In the message list the attachemt indicaor does show that there is an attachment, but when the message is opened the attachment is not there. To open the attachment I have to access my mail through web access, as I don't seem to have this issue in webmail . My fist thought was that this was an Outlook issue, but this problem occurs using any computer running any version of outlook so this is seeming less likely. So I am wondering if anyone has ever seen this issue before and might know how to correct this.
