We are using the Act email program to send emails through Outlook. We have found that when we attached doc, pdf or other items to an email in act and send it, that the recipients (using Outlook) can't see that the attachments are there.
They open the email and the attachment field is missing. If the click on the FILE menu then SAVE ATTACHEMENTS they can see the attachments.
So, Act is not stripping the attachments, it is just hiding them from the recipients.
Is anyone having this problem.
