Hi all…

Can someone tell me if I can deny to normal users to detach (save to disk) some attachment in a form. I would like users only to view a attachment and not print, save or edit it.

Thanks in advance

Notes does not allow for such security semantics. If you can view the information, then you have access to it.
If you have access to it, then you need to be able to use it.
If such material is not to be printed or copied, then you need to put the data into a document without the attachment.
Of course, you need to specify that the form does not allow printing, copying or forwarding (last tab of the Form Properties).

Pascal.
