Attachments don't show in viewing window

Hi,
Since upgrading from Outlook Express, when anyone sends an attached image file, it doesn't show in the reading pane. I have to actually double click the attachment so it opens in my image software for viewing. In good old Outlook Express, image attachments always showed below the text content of the e-mail.

Can Outlook be set up to display the images in the reading pane ? as in Outlook Express ??
