I have an interesting problem: When a customer recieves externally emails, more often than not the attachments- which vary from docs/excel/wav/mpeg from small to large(2MB) files- have been removed, there is a paperclip to indicate that there should be something there, but no file is attached.
Mailbox limits have been removed, and all settings in Outlook seem ok. I know there are Level 1 and 2 security settings but I've disabled them via a reg modification.
The problem has now spread to other members in the same organisation.
Virus scans come back ok, and internal messages with attachments are unaffected.
Any help would be much appreciated.
