We are on Exchange 5.5/Blackberry Enterprise service - 3.6 ver.
Over the last few months we are noticing a pattern where the Blackberry Attachment Service seems to stop running for some unknown reason. I no that it has stop when users call to complain that they do not see the attachment option on their handheld device. Once we stop and restart the service it runs again for a couple of days before stopping again.
Please provide any assistance in this matter.
