attachment problem

Exchange 5.5 sp4, Win NT 4.0 SP6 Outlook 2000

Some of my user cannot send attachment to a certain e-mail address but majority of my users can send attachment to that e-mail address.

I tried to send to hotmail and yahoo (using those e-mail that cannot send attachment) and it can receive e-mails and their attachment.

HI.

Check the message format - try to send as "Plain Text" or "HTML" instead of "Rich Text".
The recipients might not support MS Rich Text Format and if so they get a "WINMAIL.DAT" file instead.
