Attachment problem with Outlook 2003/Exchange 2000 and Blackberry

I have a user that cannot open attachments in his Blackberry since we've installed Outlook 2003 on his PC. The problem was noticed almost immediately so it's very likely due to the upgrade.

According to Microsoft, the settings we have in Outlook | Options | Security Zone settings are as wide open as possible.

I guess what I am wondering is if there are additional settings regarding the passing of attachments that can be done on the server side?

If you're using the blackberry redirector on the desktop... as far as I've seen or been made aware, you cannot forward attachments. However, if you are using the blackberry server software.... you will have the ability to redirect attachments directly from exchange to the blackberry. If you have found a way to redirect attachments from the desktop, I'd be very interested in learning how you did it.
