Hello,
We are currently using Groupwise 6 and Netware 5. When users are sending an email attachment .... If the user, tries to open the attachment after attaching the file, then the file gets locked on the server, and the computer freezes.
After restarting the computer, they cannot login again. Also, in order to clear the connection from the server, we have to restart the server each time. There is no way to clear that login connection.
I have searched on Novell website, but did not find any information on how to fix this problem.
Has anyone else been experiencing this problem? I would appreciate if someone could share their ideas on how to fix this problem.
